defensive player (1985, 1986, 1995). During the 1985-86 season Coffey scored an
astounding 138 points, lighting the lamp 48 times, an NHL record that will
probably never be broken. This season the Edmonton Oilers befittingly
retired and raised Coffey's #7 to the rafters.
