We will send an e-mail confirming your purchase and when to expect
arrival.
Our standard method of shipping is United Parcel Service
(UPS).

Return Policy: Please inspect your order as soon as it is
received. Incorrect, items missing and damaged items must be brought to our
attention immediately. Please keep all shipping and packaging materials as they
may be necessary in filing a claim with the carrier.
If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow the return
instructions:
Please contact a Lucky Sports Management Customer Service Agent at
1-888-757-1919 for your Return Authorization Number (RA). Items returned without
a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Lucky Sports Management must receive your return within 30 days from your
order date. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to you.
No returns or refunds on custom and/or personalised merchandise.
In order to receive credit, we require that you:
Send merchandise in original carton and packaging.
Items must be new, in re-stockable condition, and must include hangtags.
Custom and personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Mark the shipping carton CLEARLY with the Return Authorization number.
When shipping from outside of Canada, please describe contents as
"Canadian Goods Returned". Please mark
"Canadian Goods Returned" boldly on packaging.
Include the Certificate of Authenticity with the returned item.
NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE MISSING
We will refund shipping and handling charges only if your merchandise was
damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.
Your refund or exchange will be processed once the item is received and
inspected by a Lucky Sports Management representative.

Lucky Sports Authentic will not be responsible for any
returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Any such claim should be
directed to the carrier.
